Our chefs have refreshed the tasting menus across the group's fine-dining concepts for spring 2026. Highlights include a soft-shell crab tempura at Kobe House, a yuzu-curated nigiri flight at Kobe Sushi, and a new four-course dessert tasting at Kobe Steak.
